Christian Pyles has a good breakdown of the bracket where he picks all of OSU's placements. Has us finishing second and I think 2-3 guys wrestling above potential. High on Ryder, thinks Jax's wins it. Couple of guys wrestling above seed. I believe everyone wrestles at seed or better except Doucet, who has a gauntlet of a roadmap.

Okay, I’m not trying to be Debbie Downer but I just have a hard time thinking Ryder is healthy enough to make any noise. I have him going
1-2 and not placing. Can anyone tell me why I’m wrong? It’s a bad injury and I am not in any way questioning his talent but I can’t imagine dealing with that injury at this tournament. I hate it for the kid.

#1 great way to not bad mouth the kid, spot on!

#2 NCAA’s is a time to send it with everything you’ve got. No quarter given!

#3 If he can win 2 matches, it’s a huge help!

Yeah, would love to see him win 2. Healthy, I think he beats C-W easily and most likely makes the quarters against McEnelly. It would be great if he can do that but I have him losing to C-W, beating Brenot and then losing to Fishback. They better have him braced up!

Ryder is tough as nails. I'd be a little surprised (not shocked) if his shoulder holds up enough for him to still be wrestling on Friday night. Here's hoping he proves me wrong.
