Offensive identity

I’m not saying Chadwell or Monken would be my top choice but Lord I miss having a definitive offensive identity…I hate the shotgun, spread em out style that 97% of the rest of college football runs (96.9% of whom run it better than us)

Whoever next coach is better be able to recruit stud OL and DL too. If you play in BIG it is vital to have dominant line play

So what you are saying is you want a run based offense. Fair enough. You just don't like the things you mentioned so they therfore are not our identity.
