Going to Oahu in a few weeks, any suggestions for must experience beaches, activities or eating establishments?

What is already on the docket is:

Pearl Harbor & Toa Luau are scheduled and the rest is pretty much open for consideration.

Pearl Harbor is a must. Not much else there compared to the other islands IMO.

There is a restaurant in Honolulu called Fook Yuen.

Last I heard you can't walk on the USS Arizona memorial anymore. That's kind of a bummer. There is a problem with the dock and no funds to repair it.

Go to the north shore. snorkel Hanauma bay. Climb diamond head.

I’ll second the Pillbox Hike, the wife and I did it at sunrise and it was awesome.
