Cincy play caller has a giant set of balls, tip of the cap to him for taking that shot.

They’re well coached, have a very good QB, and we couldn’t get any pressure.

Bad move for them to take a shot. We all KNEW we were about to lose if they just kept doing what they were doing. Glad they didn’t… not clean it up over these next 2 easier games so we can be better for conference play.

you play to win. They had the look they wanted.

This game was far closer than I thought it would be. Is Cincinnati better than I thought or are we just not really any better than previous years? Time will tell. In that sense I don't think this game tells us very much. Although it does show that we had enough grit to win a close game that went down to the wire.

They look like a 6 or 7 win Big 12 team which translates to a 3 win team in the Big 10.

They're one dimensional on offense, which will hurt them against good defenses. Luckily for them, most Big 12 teams don't have a good defense.

Don’t think we’ll play to many teams with a mobile quarterback like sorsby he couldn’t throw that good, I thought we had a poor defensive game plan Cincinnati adjusted better at halftime than we did, we definitely weren’t ready for uptempo offense and to offense was ok no turnovers but still struggling to score in the second half, but a win over a quality opponent is a plus for Nebraska

Meh, they had trouble stopping Cincy’s run and no huddle. The secondary is better and the pass rush was disruptive.

I didn’t like the play calling. But we won a game where we got kicked in the nuts. That’s actually a tremendous victory on top of our victory

Yeah, they were way better. Our front 7 couldn’t get off blocks to help the run but they were disruptive in pass rush.
