That's like a 180 from our house: wife was wavering, I wasn't. Good luck to them but damned if I'll plan any trips/weekends around team yoyo and their dog-loving coachI thought about it.
And then my wife thought differently.

Gotta love when the wife just craps all over “plans.”I thought about it.

UK has as good a chance as anyone, minus maybe Alabama. Don’t think it would take a miracle to win it. That is if Wallace plays.I'm in the camp that it isn't worth the money. Our team isn't built to win 3 games in 3 days unless a miracle happens IMO.
We definitely can! We are due for a nice run.UK has as good a chance as anyone, minus maybe Alabama. Don’t think it would take a miracle to win it. That is if Wallace plays.
Cats in the good bracket. I think we can beat all in our side of the bracket until Sunday. Potential Alabama or Missouri game would give us a chance to see if we have progressed as a teamMight go Sunday but my friends didn’t want to spend money, I tried to tell them Nashville is fun without the basketball but they weren’t having it

Agree, A&M will be another great test, they are tough and will give Kentucky a physical game if they both make it, either way it should be a really fun SEC tourneyCats in the good bracket. The most fun thing is when they start playing rocky top and all the UK fans give them money to stop.My wife and I along with another couple have gone 10 straight years and wouldn’t miss going to Nashville SEC Tournament for anything. The bars on Broadway right actually from Bridgestone arena are a blast.
Wow! That’s a very telling statement of BBN’s mindset towards the program. I’m sure it’s going to show up in attendance and financially.None of our friends go anymore. All say Calipari has ruined what used to be a fun weekend. We all went for years and had a blast but, many have lost interest in the program as a whole. These aren't casual fans that Calipari has run off either. SEC tournaments, Final Fours, Regionals, etc.
There were only 7 or 8 of us depending on the year and site. But, we aren't outliers. There will still be a good UK crowd in Nashville. Although, I expect Bama and Tenn fans will make a strong showing too.Wow! That’s a very telling statement of BBN’s mindset towards the program. This is what I had said about CCC a few years ago. I noticed a lot of people that were lifelong fans and heavy supporters of the team dropped off in their rabid support of the program with Cal at the helm. they had enough of him a long time ago and have been gone, with little hope of them ever coming back to support the team as they used to.None of our friends go anymore. I’ll be curious how Bama fans travel for it this year. I remember going to the title game in 16, when Tex AM was the 1 seed. They hardly had any fans in the building for the title game. I remember one of their players even said something like where the hell are our fans, we were the 1 seed. There were only 7 or 8 of us depending on the year and site. But, we aren't outliers. SEC is still and always will be a football conference. Heck, the Finebaum show was already doing Spring practice previews on Monday. The SEC-T seemed to be much more important to the conference 20-25 years ago. Of course that was before all the really big TV contracts that revolved around football. It just doesn't seem like the SEC administration doesn't put a lot of effort into the event these days. Kinda like they only do it because they have to.I’ll be curious how Bama fans travel for it this year. I remember going to the title game in 16, when Tex AM was the 1 seed. I do think every UK fan should try and attend an SEC championship game, it’s a blast.
Be nice to see some hardware for the first time in nearly 4 yearsWe will be winning the SEC tourney. Book it.
Yeah if UT goes out and UK doesn’t make the final Bridgestone will be a ghost town.It will be all UK. Like always. If UK is not in the title game the upper level in Bridgestone will be empty.
