Even if the replay official didn’t stop it, the guy who threw his hands up and tossed the marker bag (and blew the whistle) should have stopped the extra point from being kicked. He had the responsibility to tell the rest of the crew that he had blown the play dead after we downed the ball.

Not sec officials but the refs also cost boise st. a win today. Blowing a fumble dead that was clearly going to be returned for a touchdown.

That’s a fireable offense to me. I don’t have a problem when employees make an honest mistake, but you better not make the 17up worse by trying to hide it. He does not have the mental toughness to ref sec football if he can’t handle correcting his mistake against 17ing Memphis.
