Elkin is actually better than they appear. They have fairly good size and a couple of fast guys. If NR is not on top of their game, it could be a game. Not saying it will be, just saying it could be.

Elkin has some talent but has not scored a point in 2 weeks…NR will roll into 2nd round

NR rolls but Elkin's last 2 games were against Mount Airy 63-0 & Starmount 41-0. But they did shut out East Wilkes 13-0 (I scratched my head on that game) and they also lost to some bad teams.

I like Elkin but they lost to Surry Central bad, Forbush, and Alleghany. NR much improved this year, bigger and faster on defense. Have quick RB too, they should win easy.

Elkin really surprised me with their physicality. They just have no offense, defensively they played very hard and well against starmount I thought
