No pisgah/Guilford thread?

What’s the current condition of pisgah stadium? That sucks all the way around for them to not get to play there. Especially since they’d be there throughout
Oh so now you can play there. Thought you all didn’t need us. At least that’s what was said earlier this season… By posters on this very board… What happened? Bethels field not good enough?
I understand they decided since we are currently 5-0 at Waynesville and you guys needed a winner up there .That it was a perfect place to play.Just because Bethel field would hold your fans ,it certainly wouldn't hold ours.

I was told they are suppose to start next week on the football and both baseball fields.So it will be next year .

As a Pisgah fan I can admit we got lucky. Lucky you hired a coach with a piss poor winning percentage that refuses to make adjustments!
As for playing in Waynesville, I think its a great idea. We've won over there so often it feels like a home game and after a 9-1 season and another conference championship the kids deserve to play in a place where they feel comfortable.Man I love this we beat them nine times in a row and now we will play on their field in the playoffs .They should thank us.How many years has it been since a playoff game was played at Tuscola?
An even better question is how many more years will it be until Tuscola gets to host their own playoff game there? Might be a while.

He wanted to play for Tuscola or he would have went to Pisgah earlier. And yes we all know how things turned out. Lol
He was a Tuscola Mediocre-teer for 1 yr, but he will forever be remembered as a game-changing winner by Pisgah Nation!
Listen Lynnda ...not everybody's jumping up and down wanting to come to Waynesville to play.. I'd rather play on the devils doorstep... side note...South Gilford did ask that Pisgah have their on chain crew Friday night...wonder why that is ??

This wont be much of a game. Pisgah should win by 49 going away, just too much for Southern Guilford.
Sidenote based on a couple comments in this thread....kinda took me back to a thought i had the other day about the future of the Hill. Seems to me that Jon Crompton is back involved in some Mtn football as of late. Helping the duo QB and WR Kachilo and Manual at West is what I heard first. Then hear he was guaranteed an OC job somewhere that didn't pan out for whatever reason. Kinda got me to thinking...will JC be that next bad hire for THS? I mean, the guy did well at UT and had a few good games here or there. Cut from Chargers...but i assure you none of that matters when running a HS football program. With that said, based on the two years of trader ball he played for Travis at THS and his accolades and or "next level playing experience"....I could easily see him being hired when they get tired of Chris on the Hill! Won't make a hill of beans diff though and especially where you can count on the Milltown Boys beating the brakes off an NFL preseason QB just the same as everyone else who's tried the last decade!! Hell, take his 6'5 frame away and give it to Zach Jaynes and you would have had a first ballot NFL HOF in my opinion! Not a huge fan of the guy. He's his biggest fan and nobody loves Jon like Jon!!
