NIL, the transfer portal, conference and playoff chaos and then maybe the final straw of watching a cheat win a national championship was enough to say its time...i certainly know it would be for me! He's the GOAT...no question...time to enjoy life and leave these headaches to everyone else

It’s not just coaching and recruiting anymore. Probably 10 times the workload it was. I realize they now have special positions to help handle that but still rough on coaches.
No Bill Belichick is out as Pats coach. This is one crazy off season so far.
The talk on Seattle sports radio is that Pete did not want to fire his coordinators and is a big Geno Smith supporter, and the front office thinks differently. It's been a while since the Seahawks have been a serious contender; so maybe a change is needed. But I will miss Pete, he was such a positive guy.

He used to say his to the track team when he walked through Alumni Hall. Our locker rooms were there. Nice guy. But he did yell a lot at practice lol
