I think it is funny as heck he got pranked. But yes, if the coaches son got his phone number because the dad left it in sight, he should fined for his incompetence. Yeah, the media response of poor Shedeur is ridiculous and hopefully if another coach/agent/whatever leaked the Penn St guys number, that dude is penalized as well.

I would assume that the fine will be identical to what the fine was for pranking the social media celebrity/son of famous player.

Sanders gave this number to every NFL teams GM . Now your question would be how would a DC get the number for a QB .I believe that’s why the Falcons were fined 250 k . Someone had to give it to the DC and yes there were more involved than this kid . The NFL probably knows this that’s why the fines .
After my post i had another thought on your first sentence about being fired . This might not be over yet . Since the falcons got fined also Arthur Blank might decide to dig deeper and see how this went down. The GM and or The DC might not be out of the woods yet.
