He must have been surprised to hear that they actually expect you to catch the effing ball in that league.
He’ll go somewhere else and have a career year.
. Good guy. Had some bad mistakes. I wish him nothing but success in the rest of his life. It’s not all about football.Early season I thought it would be him and DR that had that special something together for a couple of years. I don't know where Neyor thinks he's going to find a QB better than DR to trust him.
Every receiver drops passes on occasion. But you have to catch 90%+ of balls that are catchable and get a fair amount of the tough catches if you are playing at this level. He definitely needs another year of college ball if he seriously wants a shot at the pros but realistically he is not going to be an NFL player. Entering the draft never made much sense. Hope he enjoys his last season wherever it is.

They got a good look at him when they played us. You think they want a guy that drops clutch passes?
I would be surprised if he would have gotten signed as an undrafted free agent. If NFL teams see his Nebraska tape, there isn't a team in the league who would think he could ever play for them.
If he piles up some stats somewhere, and his agent can make up some more excuses for his year at Nebraska like he did at Texas where he never got to play, maybe an NFL team will sign him as an undrafted free agent.
