So you guys who wanted to see a savage but meaningless beating up of a division 2 team will get to see it on Sunday against Assumption. This is a bad team. They don't shoot well, they don't shoot 3s well and they don't shoot FTs well - they are an all- around poor shooting team. They went 7-19 last year against a very weak D-2 schedule and were severely blown out by Bentley, St. Anselm and Southern CT State. Nobody over 6'8" on the roster, the two biggest guys are 6'7" and 6'8".
So if you want to see a massive blowout of a D-2 team that will accomplish absolutely nothing in the learning and developmental process of UConn's players, this is the game for you.
