This is my first disappointment hiring on the staff..Was hearing Keith Williams at one time during this process..

Need a monster recruiter at that spot. With Mickey taking himself out we need a guy who can get difference makers.

Agreed. While the staff choices so far seem fine to me, I keep wondering who our ace recruiters are. A couple guys do have experience as recruiting coordinators, but I don’t know how well these guys can attract instant impact players.

Rhule had a meeting last Wednesday on the books to solidify the WR-lead recruiter role at significant cost - regrettably the candidate never showed as he was allegedly too busy strangling someone

we should probably keep mickey but give him a huge pay cut, and no assistant coach nonsence.
people make mistakes, and pracilla probably cheated on him, so lets get them recruits back and move on.
we can have our new streth and conditioning coach keep a eye on him if he causes any mutainy

I can’t see him landing a job anywhere anytime soon, unless the charges get dropped.

well she's not really hurt, so hopefully she learned not to commit adultery.
she should probably drop the charges and focus on the childrens

Hire the best recruiters/coaches you can.

really it would be a great gordon gecko move, mickey can recruit and coach wr...we get him for 25 cents on the dollar...recruits stay.....he's able to pay for his kids...
but it all swings on who was commiting the adultery...if it was mickey then his goose is cooked, if not we could work out a deal..
