New Hurricane Flags at Skelly?

I was driving by yesterday and saw this flying...

I don't believe I have seen such a large hurricane flag flying before.

My favorite is the TU flag they fly that has been trimmed up on the end because the TU is no longer centered on the flag. You would think they could afford a new flag.
