other forums that had banned me. In the past, I could at least read posts on forums from which I was banned. NOW, I cant even get on the forum (for every site that banned me) But, I can get on and post on all other ones from which I am not banned.

Didn't prevent me. I haven't tried, but I think I can post on them now too. It lets me type in the reply box at the bottom at least.

I can now post on all the ones I was banned on. I'm waiting till next season to get banned again.

Me neither; was perma-banned from Peegs a few years ago but can see posts and probably could post if I wanted to get down in the manure with them.
