I think the top recruiter is Elijah Robinson. I don't know about this guy all that much.

So his only college coaching experience is two years at one of the worst FCS programs in the country? Pretty disappointing hire.
then get a offensive coach who says the opposite, run the ball (at least more then 50%), it's a validation of ones man hood

Rhule knows this guy very well and what he’s capable of. He’ll be fine if he can relate to young DTs and get ‘em to NU. Rhule made it very clear that he’s going to hire guys who can teach his defense.

I like his energy and his youth should help. Recruiting is going to be new. No telling what you get there like any sales job. Some come in and kill it off the bat, others just can’t recruit to save their lives and never will. Sales are just one of those things you have or don’t, and don’t really know until you try
Only time will tell if we are getting another Mike Ekeler or a Donovan Raiola. Ekeler ended up being a good one and ready while Don was obviously in way over his head

Pelini had a pretty good track record with first-timers. JP, Ekeler, Garrison. Frost's first times were a little less inspiring in Rudd and Raiola.

I’m not that down on those 2 guys. Our backers got a lot better when Chins play calling went away. IMO Raiola maybe did as well with the guys he was left with as anybody could have. He had no hand in recruiting those guys.
IMO experience coaching College D line isn’t as big of a deal as some other positions. He knows exactly what Rhule wants and Rhule trusts him to teach it.

Not getting Eli Robinson would be a huge failure. Love crossing paths with him on the recruiting visits

I don’t see Dawson or Chinander (up in box) or Frost laying into their DL in that manner during a game.
It might be the type of fresh approach we need from someone who knows the NFL standard.
Get help. You’re no more a national recruiting analyst than I’m the pope.
Who says for sure we’re not getting Elijah too? I’m not worried about Rhule’s staff recruiting.
I'll happily give the benefit of the doubt to Coach Rhule on staffing choices given his track record at turning programs around. If the results on the field don't show up, I have full confidence he'll find someone who can get it done. It's important to set the foundation and get to building.

At this time you can assume entire previous on field staff is gone, except MAYBE Mickey
Really hoped Busch would fill an analyst role if nothing else. Very bright coach.
