Great pick up. Rivals has him kind of raped on his rating but ESPN recruiting has him inside their Top 300 (Top 280) and he’s a 4 star WR that stands 6’3 200 pounds from Florida. GBR

If true will he jump back to them if they come calling? We just had another kid today who was secretly visiting another school and flipped his commitment to them. I’m just skeptical that any commitment from Florida actually sticks.
If he does, he does. I’m not gonna worry about it til it happens. I’m happier that way.

Rivals has him as a 5.5 3 star but I’m whiling to bet he’s a 4 star before it’s all said and done like ESPN recruiting has him ranked. He’s clearly no 3 star and definitely not a mid level 3 star at that.

He reminds me of Cordarelle Patterson. Moves quite a bit like him IMO. Don’t think he’s that big and fast but that comp hit me right off the bat.
no doubt, then add Thomas Fidone and J Carnie as our TEs. Or are we thinking AJ Rollins over Carnie instead? Fidone is a lock and we’d take him over any other TE prospect but what about TE number 2...who we liking you thinking?
Wow. Imagine if we can keep these guys committed. We should have a diversified, well stocked receiver group. Just like every other power 5 team.
I see definitive progress in the o-line and it's easy to forget how young our qb's are. Throw in the super athletic, matchup problem, highly recruited TE and some big receivers and you've got the makings of a potentially very dangerous offense.

i still laugh when I see that 5.5 rating....sorry, no All-American Bowl player is a mid level 3 star. One of the few times ESPN has their ratings right over Rivals and 24/7. At least 24/7 has him basically a borderline 4 star.

I swear I saw it posted somewhere that he ran a 4.81 40??? That’s not legit fast, if true
I always get concerned when they don't list their 40 speed in their profile write up.
I think I read 4.61 according to his coach in an article but I could be wrong. I take 40 times with a grain of salt. I didn't watch his film. Did he run away from people?

4.0 student, up to 220 with speed in the 4.6 range with good hands. Sounds like he could do any WR spot.

We should have Thomas Fidone come 8/26, so I agree on either one being fine. Having Fidone and Carnie or Rollins would give us a solid group of TEs for this class.
