What do you mean by lead recruiter? Each coach has a specific area that they recruit and then at times they'll work other areas if for example they're the QB coach and a QB is being recruited by another assistant.

I know that and you're absolutely right. But most staffs have a recruiting effort lead...or coordinator etc that is the funnel etc for the recruiting effort. I would think they work closely with Brown as well as position coaches in talent identification and acquisition. Recruiting...not retention...has been Brown's biggest strength. Just wondering who the official...or unofficial "lead" might be.
