Need help with password

Did not know where to post this. I signed up for Hurrican Alley in the last week and used it
several times. I have now already
my password. When the login ask if I have forgotten
my password, I click on it and it ask for my email address and submit. It says I should receive
instructions on how to reset, but I never get them. Been trying for two days. Seems like you
have to be able to logon to contact anyone. I am using an email account and password for
the non pay board I have had for a long time. Would appreciate any help.

They should be able to get it figured out. I've called them once or twice and they were very helpful.

That phone number is no longer in service. I cannot find a phone number on their site and the Rival Help page is really of no help. Enter email address to receive instructions, but never get an email back. No live people to connect with and when the automated system does not work, then I guess you just out of luck. This also means I cannot contact them to cancel my subscription.

I forgot they disconnected that #. I imagine the automated email is what you are having trouble with. You should be able to email Chris and he will be able to get you headed in the right direction. I helped you out and posted it below, but anytime you need it, it is posted at the bottom of every post he makes, whether it be on the pay boards or the free boards.

Ken, please email me at [email protected] and I'll do everything I can to get you fixed quickly. Did you use an entirely new username when you subscribed? Or did you use TU-Ken??
