Reminder - we beat Purdue in OT back in January after giving up a 14-0 run at the end of regulation. Motivation for sure - we should know that we cannot let up or this team could beat us.

Purdue played seven tonight. One of those only had 12 minutes of action. Press them at breakfast, lunch, tea time, and dinner tomorrow, then through the whole game.

That would be awesome.
Press them at the hotel lobby breakfast.
Knock muffins and pancakes off of their plates.
Draw the charge as they go to retrieve their waffle when the timer goes off.

Could be a good ESPN commercial.

I wanted Purdue. Nebraska's 3 very good bigs could have been a problem with our bigs getting into foul trouble (and without Caitlin, obviously).

Purdue will be playing their 3rd game in 3 days while we have fresh legs and the 55. Should be a fun game!

GO RU!

We had 12 steals vs. Purdue's 4 in the first game.

T-Baby had 3 steals in 9 minutes of playing time. She'll have a lot more minutes tonight!

Purdue is short-benched.

40 minutes of hell is how we win.

Purdue is offensively challenged. Sure they had a big run at home and remember last year at the Big 10 tourney in the last couple of minutes

but its their 3rd game in 3 days and RU will be pressing

While I like the idea.. I'd probably think of the next game too and maybe start off not pressing.. see where that gets us. If they throw fouls at us quickly enough because of the pressing.. it could be bad.. and we'd be wearing out our players for the next game as well. So play more conventional and see what happens.. if we keep it close, we can use the press later.
