no one is telling these players they can't transfer. So they can get the new job, new girlfriend and new house. There are non compete clauses in a lot of fields, especially sales and technology. Same thing as current transfer rules, players have a non compete clause if they leave in the middle of the current season.

Correct and that will be challenged and changed.

I am just arguing that it should be changed and I think it will be changed.

I am not sure they will ever allow players to play for 2 different schools in the same year.

It might have been kind of fun when it was all "under the table" but now has to be better...maybe a little more annoying with social media though.
