Should have fouled out in the first ten minutes of the game with his antics.
He did what he had to do to get in Richards head. Only one fga for Richards tonight, not nearly enough.
Yeah, I thought A&M was really good on D!Texas A@M is a lot better team now than their record shows. This game showed a lot of toughness from us and even though Nick didn’t score a lot, I thought he played fantastic. A very good Road win tonight, and While everyone else around the country is losing these games, we continue to grow into a finely tuned machine.
I’m seeing a bunch of guys who are busting their butts off and winning games. What else could we ask for. If we could just cut down on these sloppy turnovers, we would be the best team in the country. Even though we had a few bad ones tonight, I can tell Ashton has been working hard on it and he can get it fixed with a little more work. When he does, watch out!!!! Go Cats!
Buzz will turn that program around in a few years and they’ll be pretty good. We sure need some other teams to get better in the SEC to help out. I like how his kids play hard for him and once he gets his own kids In there, they’ll be hard to beat on their court. I think he was a really good hire for them. Of course Time will tell.Yeah, I thought A&M was really good on D!
Did you not see that every time richards touch the ball that he was getting doubled and triple teamHe did what he had to do to get in Richards head. Only one fga for Richards tonight, not nearly enough.
Reminded me of Debo.Should have fouled out in the first ten minutes of the game with his antics.
Did you not see when he dunked and said something to Richards going back down court Richards never attempted another field goal ijs or really tried too?Did you not see that every time richards touch the ball that he was getting doubled and triple team
Thats because he was double and tripled teamed and The fire department had to be called in after IQ burned the nets down.Did you not see when he dunked and said something to Richards going back down court Richards never attempted another field goal ijs or really tried too?
Quickly yes on fire everyone else not so much and don’t get me started on Hagans.Thats because he was double and tripled teamed and The fire department had to be called in after IQ burned the nets down.

Kentucky will not lose again this season.Quickly yes on fire everyone else not so much and don’t get me started on Hagans.
He really does. I've never seen anything like it. How in the world this guy ever finishes a college game without fouling out in the day and age of flopping is beyond me. I rewatched the game and by my count he 15 plays that should have been offensive fouls in the first half alone. He was actually only called for 2 offensive fouls the entire game.Played like a bull dozer
I'm convinced that Ashton is once again dead legged. 1 month ago if you pressed Ashton he would blow right by you and get layups. Now he just can't quite get by people. He's definitely a step or two slower than the player guarding him right now.I think Ashton plays at such a frantic pace that he rattles himself, then plays even more frantically trying to correct his original error. If he would calm down, and play with amnesia, he would decrease the turnovers.
Exactly...they had hard double downs every time Nick got the ball and they left open Quickley so much...it was bad coaching to be honest after the first 2-3 from Quickley. But to continue to leave him wide open was sort of dumb coaching.Buzz was stubborn. Refused to call off the double team on Richards even though Quickley couldn’t miss.
11 FTs in a game is the 5th lowest in the Cal era. Plus just think how many were intentional. That has to be the first SEC game for us I can remember this year where the other team has to burn fouls with a minute plus left to get us to the line and try to get the ball back LMFAO.Should have fouled out in the first ten minutes of the game with his antics.
Can you imagine one of our players doing what Nebo did, after two steps of backwards road grading it would have been a foul but they let him keep right on doing it. What about the time Hagan's pointed and the back of his hand lightly brushed the guys face, then when he realized he had been touched his head snapped back like George Foreman hit him. There are some really bad actors out there today, I bet he is sore from self induced whiplash this morning.
Maybe it has something to do with the minutes he’s forced to play because our bench isn’t stepping up.I'm convinced that Ashton is once again dead legged. 1 month ago if you pressed Ashton he would blow right by you and get layups. I mean in hindsight you can say it was bad coaching but their game plan was to make us take them because we don't shoot a great percentage. He figured the shooting would regress to the mean.Exactly...they had hard double downs every time Nick got the ball and they left open Quickley so much...it was bad coaching to be honest after the first 2-3 from Quickley. I agree you want Hagans and Maxey taking 3pt shots but you don't leave Quickley...he's probably goign to be SEC player of the year and a large part of that is his ability to shoot from deep. Don't get me wrong, Quickley was amazing to hit 8 3pt shots as it's not easy to hit that many in a game....but he was wide open on at least 6 of his 8 makes. That is sort of dumb coaching IMO by the amazing Buzz (at least from ESPN's camera crew he is amazing).I mean in hindsight you can say it was bad coaching but their game plan was to make us take them because we don't shoot a great percentage. It actually happened last game against Fla lol11 FTs in a game is the 5th lowest in the Cal era. Plus just think how many were intentional. People keep complaining about us not blowing people out, but we really do have to overcome about 10 calls per game on the road especially. The 44 FTs at AUB were the worse especially when they shot 23 to our 16 3s. That was the biggest joke of the year. Now tonight we only get to the line 11 times and at one point before the game was in hand I believe we had only attempted 3-5 FTs. That's crazy. They tried at TT and at ARK, but we have been coming out on top. At LSU it was 24 to 16 FTs. We were living at the line, but now it's getting harder and harder to get to the line.
As soon as we start pulling away the whistles startup. It's like they try to keep every team in it and never let us get out more than 12-15. I know some of it is our bad play, but it really seems like the officiating changes right when teams need it to against us.
