If I read his stat page correctly he made 38% of his free throws and didn't attempt a three pointer.

Maybe worth a flyer for his athleticism but at 6'7" that's a bad fit for the Big Ten. But maybe he manages to add a shot or grows a few inches.

Good enough for these schools but not Rutgers ?

That led to offers from Baylor, Creighton, Georgia, Kansas State and Kentucky, with Arizona and Virginia Tech getting involved most recently.

38% - WTH? HOW DOES THAT GET A SCHOLLIE???? Yeah, they all shoot 90 % in practice, but when it's game time < 50.

Pass. We have enough FT brick layers.

Those 38% FT numbers are from a tournament in 2019, who knows how well he hits FTs in 2021. Players can get better in almost 2 years time from about 15 to 17 or 16 to 18 years old.
