Only sort of a change since the penalty isn't changed, only the graduating scale for the being ejected into the next game.

I'm maybe in the minority that I find college targeting to be greatly improved in clarity over the years, administered well, usually pretty clear under the rules like 90% of the time, and between the video review and clearer rules generally like nine million times better than all the comparable QB protection, defenseless player, and crackback block penalties int he NFL, which are a complete shitshow. I think the NFL should just adopt college football's exact scheme and they'd be better off.
