It's so sad to see us totally out of the mix.

It's an interesting postseason to watch...

Paige Bueckers back in the mix, back for 3 games now; yesterday got 18 minutes off the bench, went 4 for 5 from 3-point line.
Baylor and LSU ranked 5th and 6th: you can't make this stuff up.
Indiana coming on so strong at the end of the season; but Caitlan Clark scored 41 points for Iowa yesterday: it's going to be a interesting B1G final.
Watching how Diamond and Zippy do on the big stage.
Locally: after a great season, Stony Brook getting cheated out of postseason play (because they announced their movement to Colonial next year). Seton Hall surprises by getting into the Beast semifinals today. Fairleigh and Princeton are going to the dance.

Share some more interesting stories to watch...

Longtime RU WBB fans (been one myself since 1985) might have prolonged tourney absence. It is a different and much more even WBB field than it used to be and Rutgers is no longer an elite program like it was for about 10 years…sorry if that ruffles sensitive feathers. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Time was we were elite and there was a big drop off after the top 20 (maybe even top 10). Since that time our program stagnated and then began to decline while the drop-off between the top 20 and rest of the programs started to close. WBB became more offensive minded. More women playing the game. More parity. Electric scorers typically don’t want to play for a defense first or else coach. It’s time for a change.
