NCAA Grants Spring Athletes Extra Year

Is it all years or just seniors? Would feel bad for the current juniors who will have their senior year spotlight shared with a whole other class. And what about incoming freshmen ? They are now in the same class as the current freshmen? Are the current freshmen re-freshmen? How will the classifications be named
