College wrestling just isn't mainstream enough to get decent bets for the sport. The odds are mostly dogsh** save for the ultra rare occasion in the sport of college wrestling where a team exceeds expectations.

College wrestling's greatest flaw is in its predictability of its teams. Very rarely, even with all the wrestleheads on here with their encyclopedia of knowledge ready to say otherwise, does a team exceed where they're projected to be to the point where it'd be worth monetizing for a sports book.

There's top 3 finishers, top 5 finishers, and their goofy as* roundabout sports betting lingo way of saying "who will get 2nd place" labeled as "winner without Penn State". Bunch of smartas*es over there in Vegas..........

You wanna bet that Iowa has a top 3 finish? They sit at +1100. Think a top 5 finish is a little more doable, we're at +160. Not a bad gamble, if you're confident Tom and Terry will have the team firing on all cylinders and proceed to NOT sh** the bed in the biggest moments against the best competition when they are the absolute prohibitive foregone conclusion favorites themselves (like most Iowa sports teams tend to do come March and beyond)..............

Think they have what it takes to be right there behind Penn State when the dust settles? Iowa sits at +5000. Just a $5 but could earn you $250 if Iowa pulls that rabbit out of its as*.

I did well in the Olympics with non-american wrestlers, because the bias or ignorance drove up the odds. The Ncaa's would be more difficult. Would like to know individual AA odds.

Some of the early lines were out of whack for the #1 seeds, but they quickly moved to fair value.

As far as I know they only have bets on first place for individuals. I did not spend any time looking, but I was not aware of AA bets.

That said the odds of AAing by seed are:
