  2. Greater ease for bad actors to enter our country
  3. Support for leaders who will take the life of a baby in the last trimester
And for what? To save 2 cents on the budget dollar. To rub Donnie’s nose in it? Guess hate is such a powerful force that enables this mess to justify some level of un necessary harm to our citizens. Well, the chances of that harm coming to your family are small and there is always a chance something bad will happen to a citizen anyway. So it’s ok to do little to prevent it.

Congress has had this on their plate forever. I have zero faith they will agree on a solution in 3 weeks. So celebrate and gloat. This made Donnie look bad. Do you think he will quit? The first battle is in the books but there are other ones coming and who really knows what events will happen to shape the arguments? Time will tell. As a person, I don’t like Donnie but his position on the border matches mine perfectly. And I refuse to celebrate this morning when there is more to do to protect our families.

I agree with you that Trump won’t learn from the first kick of the mule; he’ll most likely require a second and maybe a third kick. Nancy, “as I call her”, will be happy to accommodate him.

I think it’s a little early to judge anything here. Biff basically called a timeout to let the furloughed workers get paid. In three weeks, we’re likely going to get stuck in this gridlock again.

I don’t think there will be a second shut down but Donnie ain’t quittin either. Should give the media another couple of weeks to yap about it. Cause Congress is broke & I think 3 weeks will come and go fast and they won’t get anything fixed.
