He got 21 tonight and the guy he guarded most of the night also got 21 points and drove by him anytime he wanted to. Murray scoring points is not all he needs to do. Mulder playing in his spot was much more impressive over all. I am very disappointed in his overall game. Too many turnovers too many bad shots no defense.

That absolutely is hurting us. Teams take it straight to the hoop when he's guarding and it's killing us with kick out 3's as well as baskets around the hoop. This team should play zone. But of course they won't.
He can't afford to guard. If he gets in to foul trouble then nobody on this team can score. Even Ulis would be in trouble.

Cal yells at him to drive to the basket... Response what a ball hog he's driving to the basket where their is 3 guys waiting on him.
He is playing well for a kid who should be playing his senior year of HS ball and playing out of position.
How come nobody has been dogging Ulis in this thread and the other Murray sucks thread? He had worse shooting stats and same amount of TO's and 1 foul. That 1 foul shows he wasn't aggressive enough on D.
Murray is playing exceptional and is doing what Cal is telling him to do. Cal stated tonight that he's telling him to drive the ball. Cal screams at him during the game to shoot the ball instead of passing it.
If Murray shoots the ball 40x tonight instead of letting his brick laying teammates shoot then we would prob have chance.
With Briscoe shooting the ball you might as well say it's a turnover.
