He's playing against arguably the best team in the country. He played hard. His missed dunk which resulted in a run out by Duke really hurt them. Would have put them up by 15. Instead Duke went on at least an 11-0 run at that point. Still was a fun game to watch.
He did play hard. Over matched physically and some bad misses. I think their starting 5 played the entire game and Sienna was missing a bunch of 3s in the 2nd half. They made Duke earn it.
I caught the end - should have been a foul for his missed dunk - block was clean, but the Duke defender’shaved off’ his shoulder on the follow through….also, Mulvey definitely needs some sun!

Duke had four fouls the entire second half. And yes, that absolutely was a hard foul on the follow through after that block. You think Iowa makes that block and no foul is called? LOL
Siena played a helluva game and led for most of it. They missed several bunnies and had a couple of threes pop in-and-out in the second half. Man, they could have won that game SO easily. Damn . . .
BTW: Mulvey played the entire 40 minutes against a team many think will win the national title. Unless you've done the same, maybe save the snark and mockery for someone who deserves it.

Saw the same thing. Thought it was funny to hear the announcers say it was “all ball” when Riley clearly got raked across the shoulder and arm.
Former Hawkeyes nearly went 3-0 in the opening games of the tourney.
The refs were going to make sure sure Duke....bank on that they have always been in Dukes back pocket.
Was a heck of an effort by guys who played all 40 minutes. Hat's off to Riley.

Guy goes out and plays 40 minutes against the 1 seed as a 30 pt underdog and you’re shitting on him. They almost pulled the upset of the tournament.
And still better than you could ever hope to be. Yet here you are. He held his own on the defensive side of the court and that is generally what is expected of him. Pretty sure you're exhausted after 5 minutes with your right hand.
