I can almost understand it for highschool due to cost of test however I don't understand it for college. He might test positive today but hell he might have already had it for 13 days but he still have to sit. Test him everyday until he test negative and then test again the next day. If negative let them play.

Tell the kids to go get tested at one of the hundreds of test sites. It's not hard. Hell, General public is a 10 day quarantine tops without symptoms.

In Philly’s case, if they had traveled tonight it would have been with one paid coach and three paraprofessionals/volunteers. It was the right call in their case. There is adequate testing going on for those saying go to any of the 100 testing sites. That is why they are forfeiting the next two weeks. Fill in the blanks yourselves but in this particular case cancelling the game was the right call.
