THE MIGHTY CREST CHARGERS have shown they are the most DOMINANT TEAM in 3A possible 3AA so if they don't bring HOME THE STATE TITLE it will be a COLOSSAL FALIURE.
I don't know what a colossal faliure is...but it sounds pretty bad, kinda like what happened to another team a week ago...what was that teams name again? Oh well, already forgot.
Crest is still very beatable, as are the other schools on this 3A bracket. Crest has already overachieved by winning the conference outright, a new season has began. All teams are 0-0 and who ever wins just needs to keep the trophy in the West.

Got to give ton of respect to coaches..after losses to Burns and Shelby and close few games people wanted coaches head and to write team off.

Shucks I forgot you all are on the road, went from 1 seed to 10. Maybe you’ll get it together and play on Catholics turf. Cause I know my Chargers will be a colossal failure. We have already overachieved at Crest. Maybe you can put the Mack man in and plow through the playoffs.
I saw Mack warming up. Was he hurt? Never saw the field. Didn’t matter they throw it all over the place anyway. Never understood why they quit running. They’ll be the most pissed off 10 seed in the history of the playoffs. Humble pie can set you straight and get you going. I feel sorry for Statesville.
You and I have been asking that same question all week. It appears only coach lloyd can answer it. But yes km has got to be the best 10th seed in the history of the playoffs .
Kings Mountain is dang good. That’s just the real truth of it.
That is what is so good about Cleveland County football,you just never know.
All I know is that we had to be at least a two touchdown underdog last Friday. I heard several fans jokingly trying to give that for friendly wagers , there were no takers. The coaching staff had the players believing and had a game plan. Whatever adjustments against the run Crest made at halftime threw Lloyd into the passing mode. I mean a double reverse flea flicker made me wonder where Mike Stewart was. And it went for a 10 yard loss. I just hope the kids keep leaving it out there on the field.
Mountie doesn’t know what to think. When someone asks him a question he just refers back to another subject that he can gloat about. KM is dang good and just flat out ran it down their throat and beat them. Suckiest part about all this is that I think it may have woke KM back up and could get scary, but more so I think that it’s gave KM the slightly easier side of the bracket. I think KM is still going to be waiting on someone from the other side of the bracket in the western finals.

Oh so you all just sort of helped us. I thought we beat you, upset you, Shocked the World. I think you all underestimated how much Crest had improved. Maybe you all starting believing all the Mountie hype. And the Tube has you all pegged. The Tube was dead on his prediction on the KM- Crest thread. No the Crest faithful underestimated Crest not KM. KM knew that Crest had talent and would play extremely hard. KM did some not so smart things during the game and it cost us. Water under the bridge now. My question is where was all this fan enthusiasm when Crest lost its first two county games lol? The Crest fans abandoned ship at the first signs of a leak. It should be a lesson to most of you Charger fans about the length of a season but being Crest fans I know it will fly right over your heads. The Chargers return from the grave is a good story though. Good luck to the Chargers the rest of the way. I guess the one question that I have and it is more of a Shelby related question is why didn’t Shelby use Ruff more last year on offense?

In terms of certain players not playing for KM vs Crest, it is my understanding that players were being held accountable for their actions (or lack thereof) throughout the week leading up to the game.
I didn’t abandon but there wasn’t much to crow about early. Coach was still trying to get players on the same page. And don’t worry about Ruff , I’m know the Shelby crowd will be working hard to get him back. But with the success he’s had in Eddins system he’d be crazy to leave. I’m sure Eddins will be lining him up with recruitment visits for college. Two of ours are playing with Clemson this year and Bullard is playing on Sunday’s with the Cardinals. I’d say he’s getting some exposure. The system at Crest worked for them and others Good luck to Kings Mountain. You all are tough.
That statement you just posted is the correct answer. That is one thing about KM football if you dont act right in class you will not play.

Yep in 2016 against hibriten in playoffs coach Devine benched 3 starters because they missed Thanksgiving day practice.
