No idea if it's sign stealing or not. If it is, I don't have much problem with it.

Also Dan Shulman is such a good announcer. Miss him being on ESPN.

Is he the distinctive more nasal voice that was also on Triple Play '96.?
I played the hell out of that game and I can still hear him talking about why they call pop ups a "can of corn."

Nope. It was Jim Hughson on Triple Play 2000 on PS1, not the 96 version. Couldn't find a clip of the voice though.

Yep. Whatever a player or coach can see or hear with their eyes and ears is fair game to be used as long as none of it is obtained or communicated artificially. Not really sure what Judge was looking at in this instance. Would be interested to know more...
