Is there a big push from women to get involved with NFL teams? I mean, is that a thing where they actually need to make it a rule?

As long as we’re hiring strictly based on race/gender and not qualifications, where is the push to hire white or female wide receivers and running backs? Cornerbacks? The last white corner to start was Jason Seahorn in 2003. rACiSm!!! 🥴

Don’t see where women can actually coach a position that none of them would be qualified for..

My first thought is to roll my eyes, but there is a pretty large discrepancy here when you compare white coaches and owners to minority coaches and owners....so maybe this will help. It would also help if minority GM's would hire a minority when given the opportunity, to many pass on that and for some reason that rarely gets discussed.

I’m for equal opportunity, but make sure you have the qualifications when applying for said job..

This will not end well in any walk of life.

What happened to hiring the best qualified? Now it must be race or gender (whatever that is) based. All of this violates everything we have ever been taught or learned, you work hard, become the best, you work yourself to the top. No, you get to the top by being different, it has nothing to do with any qualifications other than race or sex.

So are all of you out there in working man's land ready for this same criteria in your jobs? They want to social engineer who coaches, who owns, but not who plays - remarkably that part of still hinges on who is best. Remarkable amount of hypocrisy at its zenith here.
