Bluefield, WV, dominated football in the state when they were triple A for years and years, then they drop to AA a couple decades ago, and they dominate the same. You would think at some point, somebody in Morgantown would realize you probably have to have some solid players in order to do that, yet for many years, the kids at Bluefield High and Graham High (across the border in Bluefield, VA) go somewhere else and do well. I've never understood. As for Truck Edwards, I get it. Grades and qualifying are/were an issue. As for talent? No question, he could play there. As for Mookie, an absolute ignorant blunder on behalf of WVU. That kid will end up playing in the NFL and being a star at Marshall. WVU was smart to jump on Cooke from Bluefield, VA, early on, and it's a shame he also didn't have the grades like Truck Edwards, and just committed to Marshall. He also, will be a star. But.....as for WVU not jumping on Mookie Collier and offering him, they have to be ignorant. Sorry, just know way around it. Same thing for Virginia Tech by the way. Bluefield being 55 minutes to Blacksburg and no Virginia Tech offer to Collier? Ignorance. Academically, he's gifted. Athletically, he's crazy gifted.

[QUOTE="oneforthehokies, post: 130341241, member: 1488246"] KeatonsCorner, are you on Meth? Do you think you can throw sh* at the wall and just have it stick? Mookie Collier was a 3.97 student and finished 4th in his graduating class. What a tool you are. As for WVU, I don't get it.
