This x 1,000%. Missouri's law says they can only get NIL if they are going to an in-state school. You could pretty much shut down Nebraska's borders. There would be little chance someone is getting a top recruit that Rhule wants if the NIL money was already flowing.

So, they start receiving right away? If they flip do they have to give the money back?

This is factually incorrect, unless you are claiming Malachi Coleman was breaking the rules when he contracted to receive NIL money from Muchachos at the age of 16. That began during his Junior year.

Should they be worried? 😰

Since it appears this guy's still open for offers it would be awesome if Rhule has Danny is in his ear as well seeing as how he flipped from them and came to the Huskers!

my guess is he far and away favors growing his personal wealth over improving Nebraska Football

which makes him a coward and a scumbag
You would choose a winning football program over personal financial security?

You ARE a real fan!

He didn’t get any from the NU football collective, so this is irrelevant

There no rule against high school athletes working/making money

It doesn’t have to be through the collective, it’s still NIL you stupid ****. Here’s an article from when it was announced.

Seems to me that could be challenged successfully in court. They’re telling a kid that he can profit on his NI&L only if he chooses certain schools?

It just sounds like it will be a big headache for all involved. But the whole NIL thing is a free for all right now. Schools trying to poach other schools' players with more money. Etc. Crazy.

Jim Pillen did more for Nebraska football in one play than you'll ever do in your life. Just saying.

lol how many top in-state recruits are going to commit to Mizzou for a couple years, take the NIL money, then De-Commit later and take more NIL money from a different school?

Do they have to wait until they actually attend first day of classes at post secondary school?
