100% he will be ready for our game..that is how the RU Screw worksMississippi State survives 85-81
Also of note, their injured star Tolu Smith is getting a foot scan tomorrow after being ahead of schedule in his recovery from an injury suffered pre-season.
The original timeline had him coming back sometime in January. Seriously doubt he's ready to come back for our game but worth monitoring as they expect to have an update on his expected return based on tomorrow's scan.
I doubt it. Their coach was asked about it yesterday and was pumping the brakes a little100% he will be ready for our game..that is how the RU Screw works
Great way to look at it! RU's final exam of the fall semester. This is a game we need to win
Take a good look Around…most power 6 teams have 2 or more out of confrence losses
A win for RU to go 9-2…with four power 6 games and Princeton …and no bad losses …allows us to have our big ten confrnce record determine our NCAA fate
This is a big game …call it our first semester final exam …and a big swing on the overall “team GPA” heading into the second half of the year ….
North Texas is the reigning NIT champion. They're on ESPN+ now for anyone interested.
Down 10-1 to North Texas
True but I believe they lost a lot.North Texas is the reigning NIT champion.
Up 10 now and looking good. Would be a nice win for themSeton Hall up 6 on Mizzou
And good for usUp 10 now and looking good. Would be a nice win for them
Judging by Ticketmaster it'll be a pretty small crowd.Anybody have a clue of what type of crowd we will get for this game? Ru vs Mississippi State at Prudential Ctr.
No knowledge, but I predict no more than 4,500.Anybody have a clue of what type of crowd we will get for this game? Ru vs Mississippi State at Prudential Ctr.
It’s a very easy arena to get to for most RU alums. No knowledge, but I predict no more than 4,500.
No students. Saturday before Christmas. 12:00 start. Game in Newark, so much further away for south Jersey fans. A lot of factors conspiring against any sort of large crowd.
it reflects poorly on the fanbase at the end of the day if it’s a small crowd.Judging by Ticketmaster it'll be a pretty small crowd.
As always I'm sure those there will make it a good atmosphere, but it's pretty disappointing

It's also part of a season ticket package that many fans already have.Attendance is usually based on matchups, location and time and date of game.I'm pretty sure UConn versus Seton Hall on next Wednesday at the Prudential Center will attract more than 4500.
No, not at all. Common sense.it reflects poorly on the fanbase at the end of the day if it’s a small crowd.

No, only certain people who by the way are the ones who advocated for these games and probably won't even show up. Personally, I go to virtually all games at the Rac traveling 2 to 3 hours each way but won't go Saturday due to family obligations and I'm glad I can't make it. Venue and location suck.People won't travel to Newark a couple days before Christmas but everyone wants us to go play a tournament in Florida or the Bahamas the week of Thanksgiving. Make it make sense.
The venue is very good and it’s close to tens of thousands of RU alums and students on break. No, only certain people who by the way are the ones who advocated for these games and probably won't even show up.
