Mid season melt downs

It's tough. They've played bad and lost. And they've played good and lost. And the coaches have done things we can't understand.
I feel bad for some peoples' sanity.
They should have gotten anxious after watching the UNI game. Losing their mind now is a little tardy.
Week zero last year alarm bells were blaring
off-season can’t come fast enough so everyone can forget about the actual playing football games part of rooting for a program
Seems like we've done about as well with that season as our football season.
The only thing we have left is our off-season national championships.
They threw us a bone early with Holgerson coming on. Now we can talk all offseason about how he’ll resurrect the program with the Air Raid. The headlines will read “Bringing Back the Option Through the Air”.
Then the actually playing real football part will happen and we’ll end up 117th in total offense.
It is amazing the script that’s always written to help fans maintain boners of delusion all off-season. Last off season was Dylan, before that was Rhule, before that was Whipple boner. Etc etc etc etc etc etc etc forever
I still have never been able to get over my Omar manning boner. I’m still convinced he’ll come back and dominate
And off season National Champs or playoff bound with these transfers. Not to mention several under graded mid 3* and a couple walk-ons.
You guys are doing great. Keep it up.Gotta say, some of you are in fine form.
