After watching them against Duke today, boy are they big and physical. Hawks will have a tall task to keep it close.

As much as I hate admitting and saying it, Iowa was never winning that upcoming game. Even in IC. Just gotta hope they can keep the damage somewhat contained; IE, keep the final margin near 15 or less.

Michigan isn't rated #1 by accident nor because the voters didn't have any better/similar options.

Another note: With 2:30 left in the game, both teams had scored in the 50s. Some posters need to explain to Duke and Michigan what boring, ugly offenses they have.

And, of course, the final was only in the 60s. Maybe those teams should learn how to play offense.

Frankly, I think Iowa should forfeit. Why waste everybody's time? The TV folks can run a replay of an Iowa-Michigan game from the 1980s back when basketball wasn't rugby. Win-Win.

OTOH, Iowa went to West Lafayette against all that height plus Smith and Loyer and led most of the game, and objectively speaking, easily could have won.

BTW: If it's David vs. Goliath, maybe you don't remember, but David won.

BTW2: UCLA beat #10 Illinois yesterday behind the mighty leadership of Whinin' Mick.

Who said I'm not hoping for a Hawks win?
They are saying Michigan has spent $10M NIL on their team. The front line all transfered in, plus Cadeau, 4 starters. They have 7 portal players on the team.

I hated to see UCLA win. We are fighting them for that top 8 spot in BIG tourney. Don't know what their sched looks like from here. OSU needs to lose too.

Illinois led at one point in the first half 33-10, yet UCLA came back to win by one in OT. In its previous two games, UCLA had lost by 30 to Michigan and by 23 to Michigan State. Crazy stuff.

Sounds correct to me
