Biggest game so far. Their run game and run defense will be the difference.

24 Michigan
17 Nebraska

I've posted that I'm more optimistic now than I was Pre-season, but I'm nervous, and I think our young team might feel too much pressure as well...

35 - 27

But I'm still not sure which team scores which.

I like the Oklahoma score that they lost to... 24-13, Nebraska gets a B1G one!

Nebraska leans on the strength of the D being the backside and stacks the box to stop the run... Offense proves they have what it takes and Eck goes nutty on Sprecial teams giving himself a concussion after a head butt to the helmet

Holg and special teams are the difference. It could get uglier if N gets a decent lead and M has to play catch up and start throwing it a bunch. Underwood will get his running yards to the tune of 150. I see turnovers and a stifling pass D being the way to win. N needs to jump on them early.

If Michigan is able to run the ball efficiently, I don’t like our chances.

But if we can catch fire on offense, I can see us out scoring them if the game came to that.

Give me NU 33-28

I'll go with what Redscarlet said.

I hope we unload and score more, but I don't think it will happen. I think Dylan may have a bit of trouble with the pocket closing to quick and Lateef goes in to add some quick feet.

I'm going to preface by saying I don't think this is indicative of where the teams are, but they just come into Memorial Stadium at the wrong time and it goes south quick for Michigan

If we can duplicate the energy and effort (from the first half anyway) of last year's Colorado game, and get a lead early, we can win.

31-27 and it could go either way...

What is a "Holg" as presented in your comment above?

I keep going back to the Cincy game where NU was almost flawless with 3 penalties,
was +2 in turnover margin, but was all-out to hold off a good Cincy team on the last play of the game.

2 easy games later, and now NU jumps back in to play a big boy football team again.

Seems here in the last 15 plus years when ever nebraska is in a big game we fall flat I remember we’re going to beat Texas at home and we lose. I can’t read the team anymore I hope we win but it wouldn’t surprise me if we lose

NU really needs to get up early. Keep the crowd juiced. Up 10-0 after the first would be amazing.

I think Michigan runs for 300+ on 5+ yards per carry. Their O Line will control the game.

Offensively, I think we will move the ball but struggle in the red zone. To score in the red zone, you have to be able to run it at them and get tough yards.

Hope I’m wrong
