Anyone have luck through the app getting tickets for this game? I see no obvious way to get tickets and when you call over there obviously nothing goes through.

I just went on-line and ordered my tickets earlier today. Did you go through the Rutgers athletics site?
Kept getting an error message that read:
We were unable to process your order. Please check your information and try again later.
I called my ticket rep. He took my order.

Agree... and it's not the first time. There have been a few times over the past several years I've had problems with the site when trying to order tix for various events.
Before calling, I tried my phone and PC. Didn't matter. Received the error message using both.
Yup can't use the phone. For people's info if you got the email,click on the option to go online , it directs you better to where you need to be. In any event it could be better.

The website on my laptop does not have the mich st game listed! only Princeton! This is after clicking on the email I received from them saying I have until midnight to get my tickets for the Knights in NY!!! Who the F is running the show there? Come on man...
Does anyone know when our requested tickets get allocated considering they go on presale today at noon for non season ticket holders?
My ticket rep said the tickets will start to be divvied up using the priority point system this week. When they'll actually be sent to us (digitally) remains to be seen.
I was told anywhere from next week to end of year. lol
