The Menchville Monarchs won their final game before starting Spring break defeating Southeastern District foe Deep Creek 12-2. The Monarchs improved to 7-2 with the win.

The Monarchs went deep twice with Jah-neel Warner crushing a 3-run homerun in the first inning and LeRoy Simmonds drilling a 2-run shot in the fourth which gave Menchville a 10-2 lead.

Warner also drove in a run in the second inning on a fielders choice. Emory Chopp and Hunter Martin had RBI singles in the fourth. A Connor McCarthy walk-off single put Menchville ahead 12-2 which ended the game via the mercy rule.

Menchville Junior Joe Tuzzolo started and pitched the first three innings to earn the win.
