The Memphis situation is a testament that it requires more than recruiting to win. You have to have both coaching and recruiting. Self and Tubby have/had both.

That said, Tubby is my all time favorite.

Josh would make a great Assist. Coach as he does know how to recruit.

But he is a terrible game coach.
