McGuire out as WR Coach

I would bet they will have inside receivers coach and outside receivers coach. McGuire will coach inside. No need to replace Satt as TE coach, TE is an afterthought.
he can get coffee and be paid very well for all I care. Just bring in an actual WR coach
Kid needs to go earn it somewhere else, tag along at P4 programs impresses nobody
He can mix drinks for Dana
Edit: I’m a believer in Dana and know he will do well for us. It’s not a knock on him, he’s just wild.
This tells me Ruhle isn't cut out for this job. Can't fire someone? Employee fails so we demote them and hope they grow? This isn't high school football!
I want him to succeed but the fact is he doesn't have a bad guy in him that is necessary. A DOG if you will.
He's more worried about his "coaching tree" than he is about winning anything of substance.
Allows him to draw a paycheck until he decides to move on. His old man should make room for him on his staff
McGuire is a sharp dude the needs to be an analyst though .nothing wrong with this of true.
I thought EJ and DD looked pretty darned good with Fana calling plays. It’s all about what Dana wants now.
Aren’t we paying him next year regardless? Why not have him as an analyst for free?

But he’s out as WR coach so who cares? He was already under contract for next season so at least this way maybe he can actually do something for the team that he is good at… since coaching up WRs clearly ain’t it
By all account he has a high football IQ. We can have unlimited analyst. It would seem we can hire someone good AND keep him for free. Not sure what it hurts.
He probably is really sharp. But he couldn’t get his position group to perform well, some of that might be due to Satterfield but at the end of the day it’s his responsibility

They obviously didn’t care enough for his football IQ to block worth a **** for him
He sure didn’t get much out of his players did he. Look how Banks played last Friday, after DH showed up and started chewing a$$ and motivating. If Banks had that all season who knows how good he could have been.
There’s a different skill set for a position coach versus an analyst. He could still provide value and it doesn’t cost the program anything.
