McDonalds Ad Taking Up entire Screen?

Is this intended? I sincerely hope not. It is popping up and covering the entire screen once every few minutes...

Please let us know the device you're using and what page this is happening on and we'll get the ticket filed to remove the ad.

It is happening on PC and it pops up just randomly while browsing the forum. It can happen when just on one of the main forums (with the thread list) or within a thread. It comes a few seconds after navigating to a different page within the forum and suddenly and seemingly at random.
