I guess I'll be following Rutgers basketball now like I said I would if he committed to RU....Congrats to both Mac and the Knights! Sky is the limit for McClung and his work ethic is top notch. He had a few rough games in July and didn't play well in Vegas but I wouldn't let that be a concern. He hit a shooting slump but will bounce back and I expect him to have an absolutely stellar senior season of high school ball.

I'll keep you guys updated on how he's doing this season and try to post some stats and videos. Hoping my work schedule pans out to where I can attend most of Gate City's games.

What are Mac's strengths? Seems like a great athlete but what else do we know about him? Can he pass? Can he shoot? What type of guard should we expect?

I think this is a very nice get. From what I could tell, it seems like many people in the VT circle who knew him, really wanted this kid.

I think this is one of those kids that the longer his recruitment went on, the more likely he would be snatched by a higher profile program.
