McAlester Food Rec?

If I was passing through and stopping for lunch, what are some places I'd have to try? I've never eaten there, been to Pete's Place in Krebs.

When I'm in McAlester, I always go to Krebs to eat.

It seems most of McAlester regulars wanting something good do too.

I used to go to McAlester all the time and to be honest I don't know of a single restaurant better than average. It just got to the point we'd stop at Rib Crib because we knew everyone could order something they half way liked.

I've been going to Krebs most of my life. We've had some good times at Pete's Place but to be honest I never thought it was that great. The ravioli and spaghetti are plain tasting the salad marginal and out side of the lamb fries the meat just OK. It was the special occasions and family that made it so much fun.
