Good effort but unfortunately effort doesn’t count on the resume. I‘m fine with how we’ve played in recent games but we don’t have just a ton of opportunities for Q1 wins and this was one of them we couldn’t find a way to win. We’re now in a position where we need to win a road game somewhere like Kentucky, Gainesville, or Fayetteville.

Tough loss but I don't think it hurts us much if at all for the tourney. Losing by 1 in OKC to OU can't be viewed badly by the committee. We outplayed OU the last 30 minutes of that game.

Yep, bad 3-4 minute stretches happen, but taking 12 minutes before you even decide to start trying is what killed us. That was the worst start I’ve seen from us all season

Goh that was a tough one. 2 points maybe the difference between us in NIT or NCAAT this year. Got to beat Florida and Tennessee. Hopefully UF somehow wins tonight.

we got UK on the road too, but they are like the basketball version of Bama for us. Hard to see us beating them while Cal is the coach. So many close soul crushing games against them.

That’s because we didn’t have Perry like half the game. If the team plays more like the prior 3 games they can beat UF.

we also played nova very well and had a shot to beat them and they are better then both those teams
