State ranking has Eastern at 73rd

Hayesville ahead of Swain is dumb
Well a couple things to remember the MaxPreps.
If someone gets upset that one team is ranked above another that it should be the other way around we need to remember the rankings unlike the others isn't a person's or multiple people's opinion, someone simply types in numbers like wins-loses , str and whatever else is in their formula in a computer and it's algorithm does the work and unlike human rankings it's not influenced by tradition & history of pass success or failures.
Second the first RPI rankings should be out next week the only rankings that mean spit as far as the playoffs.

The coaches poll last week was terrible.
Didn't have Andrews in top ten and had Riverside and Pender near the top. One was tied for 3rd. I'll take the computer over coaches that live 400 miles apart.

I saw a NCHSAA Poll put out today on the Charlotte Observer twitter account but it's a week old and even has Watauga in 3A. Pretty sure they're 4A.
Andrews will bring hayesville back down to earth real quick first week of conference play. Andrews is just a little better than “lookout valley”
I haven't seen one Hayesville guy on here talking or bragging about anything.

this poll is ridiculous, although we still have conference play yet to goto. Don’t get to worked up just because where you seen Hayesville at. Obviously a lot to work on to get to that point. SMC is looking really tough so I seriously doubt this standing will hold up for any team. So don’t get your undies in a wad
