Matt Rhules offense and recruiting

He ran a RPO at Baylor. It was clean and looked pretty organized. For recruiting, he hired three or four Texas high school coaches an added them to his staff immediately so he could really go after Texas. if he comes here, I wouldn’t be surprised if he adds recruiters from California to Florida and Texas.

As for offense, he was smash mouth at Temple and transitioned to RPO at Baylor. Here is a good article on it.
